Dax Nelson, the Director of Product Implementation is the newest member of the DAKCS management team. He has worked at DAKCS for 5 years and has held a variety of jobs which included software installer and help desk representative. During that time, Dax earned a reputation for his knowledge and understanding of key management issues that face the collections industry today. In addition, he possesses a unique customer service focus which made him a perfect fit for an important spot on the DAKCS management team. In 2006, Lex appointed him to this critically important position. Dax holds a BS degree in Information Systems and Technology from Weber State University and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree from Utah State University. In addition to achieving his educational goals, Dax enjoys the Utah outdoors and taking part in all of the wonderful activities available. He and wife Kami have two beautiful children: a daughter, Navie and a new baby boy, Ridge. His interests include snowboarding, tennis, volleyball and softball. |
