Mr. McLain has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of the Company since March 7, 1993. Mr. McLain was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors effective August 1, 1998. From March 1, 1993 through June 13, 1995, Mr. McLain served as Executive Vice President of AUGI. Mr. McLain has served on the Board of Directors of AUGI since March 7, 1994. From January 1990 through 1993 Mr. McLain served as Manager of Privatization of Case Corporation. |
