Mr. McConnell is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group, concentrating his practice on Patent Law. He has extensive global experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical arts, infringement and validity studies, licensing, patent infringement litigation, trademark and unfair competition litigation, trademark and copyright practice.
Areas of Technical Expertise
Mr. McConnell's representative arts include semiconductors, wireless communication devices and communication methods, Internet business method patents, computer hardware/software and a wide range of digital and analog electronic circuits for various devices. In addition, Mr. McConnell has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical arts.
