Dean spent 5 years in Lotus/IBM�s Advanced Technology Group, driving early efforts on potential XML applications, and working with the team that co-authored the SOAP specification. Dean represented Lotus on W3C XML schema and XSL working groups, and worked with Sun on early Java Beans technology development. Subsequently at mPower, a provider of services to financial institutions for 401(k)s, Dean led design and implementation of an HTTP-based B2B data integration facility used between mPower and its financial institution partners. Dean also consulted with several mid-sized companies on integration of payroll and other transactional services and applications. |
