Deana joined Variant Partners in 2006, and has over five years Human Resources and Recruiting experience in a variety of industries and disciplines. Deana recruits and represents high-impact, professional-level candidates in several specialty areas. She has an extensive network of candidates and companies that leverage her services when in need of a results-driven recruiter.



EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Variant Partners and following active-duty service in the United States Army, Deana worked in Seattle, Washington as an Account Manager and Recruiter. She specialized in developing and executing temporary and permanent recruiting solutions for clients ranging from early-stage to Fortune 100 companies.
