In her role, she develops and promotes the use of best practice models and standard protocols that enhance the firm�s position as a leader in customer service, organizational management, and the use of technology to create an efficient, increasingly virtual practice environment. Deanna oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of a department consisting of more than 70 professionals including project managers, staff attorneys, paralegals, software and database specialists, and graphic designers. Deanna brings to her position a broad base of knowledge in Process, Project and Program Management, and extensive experience for delivering large scale, complex and highly integrated technology solutions. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, she spent 15 years in the Financial Services industry working for Ameriprise Financial. As Vice President of Advisor On-Line Servicing, Deanna was responsible for strategic development and delivery for field technology capabilities and services. In addition, she gained significant project management and technology industry experience through many years of leading software development projects and application development teams for Ameriprise and American Express Financial Advisors. Deanna received her Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota where she majored in finance and minored in economic theory. She is a professional member of the Minnesota Legal Administrators Association, the International Legal Technology Association, and the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Managers. |
