Deanna Drew, our managing director, brings over 15 years of human resources, recruiting and placement experience to PMO Partners. She has broad experience as the human resources and employee relations manager for three large firms, where she gained significant expertise in recruiting, interviewing, testing, training and hiring employees at all levels. She then was able to expand her skills by applying her expertise in the executive and support level search business, working for two firms in the Chicago area serving a variety of clients, including several banks and insurance companies. There she developed a flawless process to deliver a high level of service to her clients and was able to consistently exceed their expectations.
