As Client Services Manager, Deanna's job involves a wide range of special projects that support many key aspects of Pivotal's business. These projects include coordinating consulting and training engagements, results tracking and account management support. Prior to coming to Pivotal, Deanna spent over 11 years with AT&T Wireless where she had very diverse responsibilities including Customer Care, Retail Sales, Credit Analysis to key Account Management and Project Management. As National Program Manager, Deanna managed a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts that were the top 20% in revenue for national contracts these included Federal Express and Coca-Cola. As Marketing Operations Project Manager, Deanna led cross-functional teams on National Business Marketing initiatives from concept to launch. These projects involved developing national pricing, new rate plans, new markets, 3rd party vendor launches, national sales rollouts and many others. With her experience and ability to excel in so many different areas, she is a great fit for Pivotal Resources. Deanna attended Cal State University Fresno, and holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, Atlanta. |
