Deanna Lund has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Kratos since April 2004. In her role, Ms. Lund oversees all Kratos accounting, financial matters, SEC reporting and budgeting. Ms. Lund has been instrumental in the transformation and evolution of Kratos, having played a key role in the various divestitures and acquisitions of the Company. In addition to her primary duties, Lund is actively involved in Kratos� compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Prior to joining Kratos, Ms. Lund most recently served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for the Titan Corporation, which grew from annualized revenues of approximately $150 million in 1993 to approximately $2.0 billion at the time of her departure. As the Principal Accounting Officer of Titan, Ms. Lund was responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, SEC reporting, and budgeting. In addition, she was instrumental in executing numerous capital and debt transactions, over 25 acquisitions, and played a key role in tax planning, communicating with the financial community, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Ms. Lund is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, and is a certified public accountant.
