As Chief Administrative Officer, Debbie oversees the administrative, marketing and information technology operations for Long Realty Company. She takes an active role in establishing marketing activities, directing recognition events for the agents, delineating effective technology strategies, and defining the corporate image through public communication.
She is recognized throughout Tucson for her strong presence over many years in the local real estate arena. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Debbie began her real estate career in 1976 and, before joining Long Realty, was the general manager and a top sales agent for Red Carpet Realty, a national and international Real Estate Franchisor. Debbie joined Long Realty Company in 1989 as Director of Education and Special Events Coordinator. She has been pivotal in creating a positive, productive team environment geared to empowering company staff as leaders within their work groups.
