Debbie Graf serves as Executive Vice President in the firm�s New York office. She is a member of DHR International�s Retail, Consumer and Diversity Practice Groups as well as the DHR Executive Committee. Prior to joining DHR International in 1999, Debbie was Executive Vice President at the New York office of Boyden International Executive Search Group. She also spent four years as an executive search consultant with a New York based boutique search firm specializing in retailing, manufacturing and hospitality. Some of Debbie�s notable clients include AAi FosterGrant, The Body Shop, Carlisle Collections, Cleveland Indians, Del Laboratories, Disney, Gillette, Kmart, Lillian Vernon, Osh Kosh, Orvis, Pierre Deux, Swatch, and Sun International Hotels. During Debbie�s successful career in executive search, she has developed client relationships propelling her to recognition as one of the firm�s lead billing consultants. She attained this by successfully placing senior level executives in the retail, wholesale, consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, and advertising industries. Debbie has made significant placements at the President and CEO levels, CFO�s, CIO�s, Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents in operations, finance, merchandising, human resources, information technology, food service, real estate, facility management, production and design and logistics. Companies she has represented range from start-ups to top Fortune 25. Previous to her career in search, Debbie spent 21 years in Retail. Debbie was Vice President of Human Resources with Duty Free Shoppers, U.S. and Canada, and Petrie Stores Corporation. Throughout her Human Resources career, she has been responsible for developing and implementing senior level staffing programs in all disciplines. She also directly managed the human resources functions of training and organizational development, compensation and benefits, labor relations and employee relations.
