Debbie Ratliff brings to Paul-Tittle Search Group more than 15 years of experience in program management, management analysis, and communications. She holds an MA and a BA in Russian literature from the University of Virginia and has traveled extensively in the former Soviet Union and throughout Central Asia. Since joining Paul-Tittle Search Group in 2004 she has played a critical infrastructure support role in program management and research.
