Deborah Elman is an associate in our Litigation Department and a resident of the Firm's New York office. Ms. Elman's practice focuses primarily on securities, white collar and corporate litigation.
Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. Elman was law clerk to the Honorable William L. Standish in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She also contributed to such publications as the Fordham Urban Law Journal, the New England Journal of Medicine and the American Journal of Public Health.
Ms. Elman received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude in 1995 and her Master of Public Health degree in 1997 from Columbia University.
She received her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2001 where she was the Lead Executive Editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce. Ms. Elman is a member of the bar in Pennsylvania and New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. |
