Professional Experience
Ms. Jones is a partner in the Firm�s Business Litigation Department. She has represented a variety of individual business owners, corporations, oil companies, partnerships, and financial institutions and lenders in a wide variety of business matters. She is currently handling contract disputes, real estate issues, employment and labor matters, and franchise actions involving the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act ("PMPA"). She has also litigated suits involving corporate control disagreements, mortgage and foreclosure-related matters, construction defects, legal and accountant malpractice, products liability, school bond construction, trademark infringement and insurance bad faith. Ms. Jones practices in both state and federal courts.
