Deborah is the Vice President of Quantitative Client Services at Phoenix Multicultural. In this role, Deborah leads the design and development of strategic analyses for all quantitative research and syndicated studies. Prior to joining Phoenix Multicultural, Deborah was the Senior Vice President of Synovate Diversity for nearly fifteen years. At Synovate, Deborah was responsible for business development, client service, research design and strategic analysis for the firm's key client accounts including Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, People en Espanol, Energizer, MasterCard and General Mills as well as the nation's leading Hispanic advertising agencies. Among her many accomplishments, Deborah was integral in developing a unique national Ethnic panel of respondents for market research, a methodology for interviewing non-wired Hispanics on the Internet and the management and development of two Hispanic Omnibus products. Deborah has also held positions at Western International Media, Los Angeles Times and McCann Erickson. Deborah earned her Master's degree at the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois.
