Deborah brings 30 years of semiconductor device and electronics assembly experience to the Customer Service Specialist position within CMC to leverage in customer support of the Technology Services offered. Over the span of various positions with the Motorola SPS organization, Deborah has been directly involved in the areas of wafer fabrication processing, ceramic and plastic packaging technologies, assembly operations and the product final mechanical and electrical testing. Experience in managing varied engineering lab projects including the assembly and testing of first pass silicon, package failure analysis and package development in preparation for volume manufacturing, will translate directly to the projects and technology services offered by CMC across a range of customers and industries. Deborah is also involved in support of the marketing programs at CMC and will manage other internal projects based on experience in staff training, project management and certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO: 9001:2000 and QS9000. |
