Is responsible for Soar Technology's human resources, facilities, office operations, industrial and physical security, and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining Soar Tech in 2005, she was Senior Staff Assistant in Internal Medicine (GI) at the University of Michigan, providing the business expertise to support the group practice's growth from $20M to $30M in revenue in the 2002-2005 timeframe. Over her 23-year tenure at Vector Research, Inc., Ann Arbor, MI, Ms. Webster held various positions, including Director, Support Services, and Senior Vice President, Support Services, in which she was responsible for many aspects of internal operations. As a member of Vector's corporate executive steering committee, she co-directed company growth from $12M to $55M in revenue, with associated staff growth from 90 to over 425 professionals in 12 locations across five states. Under her leadership, Vector Research won the 1998 Arbor Award for Excellence, Best Practices in Human Resources, for her outstanding new employee assimilation and training process, and the 1983, 1992, and 1995 Cogswell Awards for excellence in industrial security programs. Ms. Webster received an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Michigan (1995), and a BBA in Operations Management from Eastern Michigan University (1988). She is certified in Managing Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning and Implementation, and Industrial Security Program Management. |
