Debra L. Baesemann is a member of Godfrey and Kahn's Real Estate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Debra assists a range of clients in the areas of acquisitions and sales, leasing, development and other matters related to commercial real estate. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, easements and restrictive covenants; reviewing and resolving title and survey issues; and representing landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing transactions. Debra earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, she also completed a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Zoology and Biological Aspects of Conservation at the University of Wisconsin. Prior to attending law school, Debra served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa.
