Ms. Harshman was appointed Interim Chief Accounting Officer of Rentech on June 11, 2007. Since 1982, she has held the positions of Staff Auditor; Sr. Manager; Assistant Controller, Controller; Principal; Vice President-Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President Regulatory Assurance, Enterprise Risk Management for companies such as: Coopers & Lybrand; Preferred Capitol Group; The Walt Disney Company-Corporate Management and Corporate Travel Departments; Ryland Mortgage and Cornerstone Title Company; Iwerks Entertainment and, most recently, IndyMac Bank. For a time, Ms. Harshman was self-employed, offering forensic accounting/litigation support and financial consulting to companies. From 1992-2001 she volunteered as the Chairman, Supervisory Committee for the Vista Federal Credit Union Board of Directors. Ms. Harshman has a Bachelor of Arts-Magna Cum Laude in Accounting, Business Administration and is a CPA in the State of Illinois. She resides in Pasadena, California with her husband.
