Debra Vasilopoulos joined Lydian Bank & Trust as Executive Vice President in September 2002, following a 23-year banking history. Ms. Vasilopoulos' experience in Palm Beach began with Island National Bank in 1994 and continued with that institution through its various bank mergers. During this time, she served in various client relationship capacities as Senior Vice President. In the latter of these years, Ms. Vasilopoulos held the position of manager of the South Florida lending region for OffitBank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wachovia Bank.
Ms. Vasilopoulos' responsibilities at Lydian Bank & Trust include oversight of all areas of deposit and lending activities, where she directs client relationships and interactions. As a member of Lydian's executive team, she also serves on the corporate lending and trust committees.
Debra Vasilopoulos is a member of several organizations in the Palm Beach area, including the Board of Directors of Vive Magazine, and the Board of Directors of the Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. School of the Arts Foundation, as well as serving on the Foundation's Finance Committee.
She was educated at Lowell University, Palm Beach Community College, the College of Financial Planning, the American Institute of Banking and the Florida Trust School of the Florida Bankers Association.
