Debra Miller joined Command Security Corporation shortly after its inception in September 1983. Ms. Miller's responsibilities grew with the Company and she was appointed Corporate Secretary in March 1986 a position which she held through September 2000. During her tenure as Corporate Secretary she worked closely with executive management and the Board of Directors as the Company embarked on its initial public offering in 1990.
In October 1996 Ms. Miller took on the additional title and responsibilities of Vice President of Administration. In this role she assumed a more active management role in all administrative areas throughout the Company including administrative service programs insurance employee benefits shareholder administration and merger and acquisition analysis/integration. In addition she coordinated internal financial and management reporting.
Her role as Vice President of Administration has more recently evolved and now includes the additional responsibilities of: contract reviews; labor settlements and acting as the Company�s primary liaison with outside attorneys insurance carriers/brokers and benefit plan providers. |
