Deedee Myers is founder and CEO of DDJ Myers, Ltd. and has been assisting financial organizations in establishing and developing financial risk management human resource talent for the past 20 years. Her Purpose includes working with executives and managers so that they can live in their potential. She manages a thriving recruitment practice with emphasis on risk management and supports CEOs and executives in coaching and developing individuals and teams with embodied leadership. Deedee is a certified Executive Coach with emphasis on Succession Planning; received her Master Somatic Coach certification from Strozzi Institute and is certified in EQ-i, DISC and other assessment tools as well as schooled in Organizational Development for financial teams. She has her degree in marketing and a background of establishing international operations in Sydney and London. Deedee enjoys being of service in creating effective coaching and mentoring programs. She has developed numerous Succession and Career Development plans. Her forte includes working with individuals and organizations to discover and articulate their Purpose and to developmentally organize to live that Purpose. She is a speaker on Embodied Leadership to national conferences and publishes articles on Succession Planning as it relates to leadership development. Deedee has been active in local charities and served as a foster parent for several years. Deedee, and her husband, Mark share the leadership of their unique home in the parenting of nine children with six babies three and under in age. They are fortunate to be the parents of a set of twins, Molly and Kathleen, and a set of quadruplets; Ian, Scott, Rebecca and Bryce born in September 2003. There are three older boys; Mike serves our country and recently returned from service in Iraq; Peter manages the business side of DDJ Myers, Ltd. and Kyle is an adopted special needs child who charms all with his optimism and joy. |
