Ms. Menon is a director in the Southwest Region of CBIZ Valuation Group. She specializes in the valuation of closely-held businesses and business interests and participation in all phases of project management for the firm. Ms. Menon values several types of securities, including common stock, options, warrants and partnership interests for a variety of purposes such as financial and operational restructuring, strategic planning, gift and estate tax, ESOPs, litigation support and regulatory compliance. She has provided valuation consulting services to a wide variety of clients. Ms. Menon adds to the firm an extensive knowledge of financial markets, security analysis, economics, statistics, tax and accounting aspects of valuation issues. She also bears significant experience in executive compensation analyses. With a diverse background that includes finance, math and pure sciences, she has previously worked in the information technology and financial services industries, with an emphasis on financial and business analyses, strategic market planning, economic feasibility studies, forecasting, budgeting and modeling, including time-series analysis and statistical forecasting. Related responsibilities covered valuation of company product lines for purposes of business planning and global strategy. Ms. Menon has project experience in developing a corporate business strategy for a major manufacturer and supplier in the healthcare industry. Ms. Menon holds a bachelor of science degree in chemistry, math and biology, a master of arts degree in social sciences and a master of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Menon is a Level III candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. |
