Deirdre represents banking institutions acting as corporate trustees and agents in domestic and global financings, Trust Indenture Act qualified and exempt transactions, secured and unsecured debt transactions, private placements, project financings, and asset securitizations, including credit card receivables, mortgage-backed securities, automobile loan and lease receivables, and life insurance receivables.
As Regulation AB counsel to banking clients, Deirdre provides interpretive guidance on disclosure and reporting requirements, and has delivered presentations to multiple banking institutions on Regulation AB.
