Deirdre R. Kole is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group where she focuses on products liability, class action and commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
Deirdre�s litigation experience includes representing major pharmaceutical companies in defense of mass torts and strict liability, negligence, failure to warn, consumer fraud and wrongful death claims involving prescription medications. She defends clients who are sued in class actions and has helped to coordinate and maintain multidistrict litigation proceedings. Deirdre represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York.
Professional Activities. Deirdre has volunteered her time to represent clients in pro bono matters. Through the New Jersey Battered Women�s Legal Advocacy Project, she has represented victims of domestic violence. Deirdre is also a member of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court and the American Bar Association.
In General. Deirdre received her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2001 and her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law in 2005. She is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. |
