Deirdre Drake, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Harris N.A., is responsible for creating business strategies and operational priorities that focus on people and a higher performing culture. Deirdre builds and drives human resource strategic plans, measures and metrics for Chicagoland Banking, and is instrumental in the planning and development of annual goals and objectives for the division. With respect to our U.S. growth strategy, Deirdre is accountable for the development of human resource strategies to support merger and acquisition growth. A native of Michigan, Drake was appointed to the role in January 2006. Deirdre brings over 16 years of experience and leadership in Human Resources from Marathon Oil, Kraft General Foods, MCI Telecommunications, and ARAMARK Corporation. Most recently, Deirdre served as Senior Vice-President, Healthcare & Education, with ARAMARK Corporation, where she used her change management expertise to lead the planning, implementation, and management of a large number of successful acquisitions. Deirdre has a Masters of Business Administration from St. Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University . |
