Deirdre�s global expertise, gained from living and studying abroad throughout her life and strategic executive assignments, enables her to recruit financial services leadership with the vision and flexibility needed to grow and coordinate the activities of a worldwide enterprise. As a member of CTPartners Financial Services Practice, Deirdre focuses on serving asset management clients. She has successfully completed assignments for most senior roles, including CEOs, CFOs, heads of distribution/sales, and senior portfolio managers in equities and fixed income for traditional and alternative asset managers. She also has conducted searches for investment banking, capital markets, treasury, and custody. During her affiliation with Heidrick & Struggles, Deirdre headed the Financial Services Practice in Asia, relocating to Hong Kong from New York. Later she became senior partner with responsibility for the European Asset & Wealth Management Practice, a role based in London. Deirdre entered the search profession with Sullivan & Company, becoming a managing director prior to the firm�s merger with Heidrick & Struggles. As a corporate executive, Deirdre held positions of increasing responsibility while with premier Italian financial services firm IMI Group, Inc. She began as Assistant Vice President, Budget & Control and later assumed the role of Vice President, Institutional Equity. As Vice President, International Fixed Income, Deirdre was instrumental in the introduction of new products and establishing a global network for product distribution. Her career includes being director of sales for Institutional Investor and a member of the marketing division of Sotheby�s International Realty. A graduate of Georgetown University, Deirdre received her MBA degree from New York University�s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. A featured speaker at major conferences, she is based in the firm�s London office. |
