Deirdre joined the Tides Staff in May of 2007. After serving as the Assistant Intern Athletic Director at Alfred University in 2005, she interned with the Philadelphia Force of the National Fast Pitch softball league during their inagural season in 2006. While with the Force, she oversaw the merchandising and was in charge of all the fan clubs the Force had to offer.
A native of Almond, NY, Deirdre graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. She also played Varsity Basketball with the Red Dragons.
Deirdre currently resides in Virginia Beach. |
