Delfina Govia is an executive consultant and thought leader in the field of business transformation. Most recently, Ms. Govia was the Global Managing Director of the Energy and Materials consulting practice within Cisco Systems. She and her team worked with the senior level executives of the world�s largest energy companies to build and execute innovative business transformation strategies and redesign business processes while leveraging information technology. Under her leadership, a global portfolio was successfully established, resources redeployed, and products and solutions developed to meet the demanding needs of the energy industry. Prior to joining Cisco, Ms. Govia was an international strategy consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where she played a dual role in the Energy, Chemicals and Utilities group and in developing e-Business strategies and financial valuation models for High-Tech supply chains. Ms. Govia made the transition to consulting from Mobil Oil Corporation where she worked in production operations in the Gulf of Mexico. At Mobil, she led the analysis of offshore logistics operations, developed financial models for offshore business operations, and created new contract valuation models for oil field services. Ms. Govia is an award-winning public speaker who has been the key-note presenter at numerous events.
