Ms. Russell is an associate in the firm's Corporate Finance practice group. Ms. Russell's practice focuses on general corporate matters, especially mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities law filings and compliance, including public and private securities offerings; and corporate organization and governance matters. While in school she was a law clerk for the NCAA from 1999-2001.
