Dena L. Kwaschyn. Ms. Kwaschyn has served as the Company's Executive Vice President, Operations, since April, 2003. She joined the Company in February, 2001, as Senior Vice President, Operations. From April, 2000, to February, 2001, Ms. Kwaschyn served as Director of Operations for L'Argent Mortgage Bankers.
From April, 1999, until March, 2000, Ms. Kwaschyn was a self-employed consultant to various mortgage banking firms. Ms. Kwaschyn was Executive Vice President, Director of Mortgage Lending, from September, 1997 until April, 1999 at Long Island Savings Bank, having first served as Long Island Savings Bank's Director
of Operations of the Mortgage Division from February, 1986 through September, 1997. |
