Ms. Parker was promoted to senior vice president of finance in January 2008 after serving as vice president of business development and financial operations since December 2006. She is responsible for business development activities, financial reporting on acquisitions and financial support to Apria accounts receivables and bad debt teams. Dena comes to Apria from PacifiCare where she integrated two acquisitions with an aggregate revenue base of over $1.5 billion. Prior to that role, Dena served as the chief financial officer of NAMM/PrimeCare Medical Network. Dena holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |
