Denis R. Maynard is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Service. With nearly 6 years of leadership experience at QLogic, Mr. Maynard brings a proven track record of success and a broad understanding of the company's business. In this role, he leads a team that has been responsible for customer-facing activities including: Worldwide OEM Sales and Systems Engineering, Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Alliances, as well as Technical Service and Support. During his tenure, Mr. Maynard and his team have helped transform the QLogic go-to-market strategy to be more customer-focused. The team's intense focus on design wins, outbound marketing, business development and customer support has provided true competitive advantage.
The team has helped QLogic become the number one supplier of Fibre Channel HBAs and Fibre Channel bladed switches. Under his leadership, the business achieved consistently strong results and increased by $192 million dollars in a three-year period. Prior to QLogic, Mr. Maynard held a number of other senior sales and management positions at Cisco. He joined Cisco in 1993, and most recently served as director of worldwide field operations for Cisco Systems. Previously, as operations director for Southern California, he and his team helped boost revenues tenfold over a five-year period. Maynard is a graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. |
