Denise L. Ashbaugh maintains a general litigation and employment law practice. Experience: Denise has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in wide variety of subjects, including complex commercial disputes, construction litigation, trademark disputes, trade secrets, and trust and estate contests. Denise has also represented clients in employment - related litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative hearings. Denise provides preventative counseling to clients to avoid or minimize the risk of litigation, including in-house seminars on topics such as sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour laws.
