Denise assists the commercial real estate practice group in all phases of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, she worked as a commercial real estate paralegal for a number of major law firms in the State of Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Amber University and earned a Paralegal Certificate from the Southeastern Paralegal Institute in 1990. Denise is a licensed mortgage broker in Florida and North Carolina. |
