Denise Jackson joined the Company as General Counsel and Vice President of Administration in October 2000 with responsibility for legal risk management and human resource functions. She was appointed the Company's Secretary in May 2003 and Senior Vice President in November 2004. From 1995 to September 2000 Denise worked for The Mills Corporation (MLS:NYSE) serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel from 1998 to 2000. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona a Masters of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Studies from the University of Arizona. Ms. Jackson is licensed as an attorney in California the District of Columbia Arizona and New York. |
