Denise M. Rankin processes all leasing issues from basic month-to-month leases to very long-term, from insurance issues to property taxes, and from collections to advertising vacant properties. She supervises the Records & Property Assistant. Denise has been with OC since 1997. Denise serves on the Iliuliuk Family and Health Services Clinic Board, and is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska's Tribal Council. |
