Denise Diaz, is the Partner with responsibility for the review of all client financial statement for Ocariz, Gitlin & Zomerfeld. An expert in for profit and not-for-profit Audits, Ms. Diaz has extensive construction industry experience and has been with the firm since 1993.
Ms. Diaz graduated from Florida International University in 1992 with a Bachelor�s Degree in Accounting and received her State Accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1995. She later earned a Master�s in Accounting from Florida International University. She became a Partner in 2001 after three years as an Audit Manager.
Ms. Diaz is a Member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is current member of the United Way of Miami-Dade�s Audit Committee, which is responsible for the review of all not-for-profit agency contributions for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.
