Denise Fazio is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions located in Richmond, Virginia. Ms. Fazio joined SunAmerica in 1997. Before joining SunAmerica, Ms. Fazio was a Vice President with PNC Bank in Louisville, Kentucky and managed their Affordable Housing Lending Group. In addition to financing multi-family projects for tax credit developers, she worked with tax credit syndicators to create proprietary debt programs for both equity and construction financing. Prior to PNC Bank, Ms. Fazio was an Assistant Vice President and Project Manager for The Richardson Corporation, a private real estate development and investment firm located in Greensboro, North Carolina where she was responsible for the development of investment grade real estate projects. She received her M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and her Bachelor's Degree from Radford University.
