Denise's early career was spent working in the Chicago financial industry, working at such prestigious places as the Chicago Board of Trade and the Options Clearing Corporation. In that time she wore many hats, from forming the first help desk that the CBOT ever had, working on handheld wireless devices, being the technical liaison for the new building project and with her understanding of Operations, she formed the trading floor help desk, monitored trading halts, modified closes and all the things that can/and do "go wrong" in that type of environment. During her tenure she helped transition and support legacy systems and define many other operational components. |
