Dennis B. Gould, Managing Partner of CompensationMaster Corporation, has worked successfully with a number of firms to implement CompensationMaster's solution, both in Canada and the United States. Before joining CompensationMaster, Dennis was a vice president at Royal LePage, a real estate firm with over 10,000 sales associates, where he played a key role in taking the company from a $34 million loss to a $5 million profit in just over a year using the CompensationMaster approach. This success with Royal LePage led him to join CompensationMaster. Prior to working with Royal LePage, he was a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse. Dennis speaks regularly at industry events, and has written articles for a number of publications, including Compensation & Benefits Review, Real Trends, and SalesLobby.com. Dennis is a Chartered Accountant, with a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. |
