Dennis Berger is senior vice president, chief coworker services officer and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education. Berger is responsible for leading CDW's programs in coworker learning and development, benefits, compensation, performance management, coworker relations and recruitment. Berger joined CDW in 2005 as vice president of coworker services and executive committee member. He was promoted to his current position in 2007. Prior to joining the company, Berger served as vice president of human resources at PepsiAmericas and also served as a group vice president of human resources in PepsiAmericas' St. Louis office. Before joining PepsiAmericas in 1999, Berger held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc. and GTE Corporation. Berger holds a bachelor�s degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston and a master�s degree in business administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He serves on the Children's Memorial Foundation Board, the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and the Board of Directors for Chicago SCORES. |
