Dennis Evans provides program performance and customer relationship oversight for systems integration and consulting projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, including the Army, Army National Guard, Navy, Marine Corps, and Defense Information Systems Agency. These projects include worldwide network operations, software development, identity management, electronic collaboration, and technology infrastructure modernization, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), storage area networks, and vendor-based enterprise applications.
Prior to joining SRA, Evans was Vice President of Information Assurance for Galaxy Scientific Corporation, which was acquired by SRA in July 2005. In that position, he directed day-to-day operations providing IV&V services to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Customs, and the Department of Health and Human Services.
He was previously a Command, Control and Communications (C3) Department Manager at Horizons Technology, directing operations in support of Command and Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems. He also served as a civilian engineer in the U.S. Navy for 12 years, where he was the Assistant Program Director for Integration in the Advanced Tactical Data Links Program Office at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR).
Evans is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Industry Advisory Council (IAC), and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). |
