Dennis J. Concilla Business Law and Securities Litigation
Mr. Concilla received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1973 and his law degree from Capital University in 1979. Mr. Concilla has had extensive experience in the area of securities industry arbitrations and heads the firms Broker/Dealer Litigation Group. He is an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers and has appeared before the NASD, the New York and American Stock Exchanges, and the Commodities and Futures Trading Commission.
He has also been a speaker at NASD sponsored arbitrator training seminars throughout the Eastern United States and is a member of the Securities Industry Association, Law and Compliance Division and the American, Ohio State, and Columbus Bar Associations. Mr. Concilla served as Legal Counsel to the Ohio Senate Majority from 1982-1985; District Director, 12th Ohio Congressional District 1980-1982; and Assistant Attorney General (Ohio) from 1979-1980.
