Dennis J. White is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Boston office. Den's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of debt and equity, senior debt financings and corporate governance counseling. He represents emerging and mature companies, lenders and venture capital firms and private equity investors in the United States and internationally. Den regularly counsels foreign companies on establishing operations and acquiring businesses in the U.S.
Den is ranked as a leading lawyer in the 2007 edition of Chambers USA for Corporate and M&A. Den is also a member of the American and Boston Bar Associations, as well as the Negotiated Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association. Den currently serves on the global board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth and has been elected Vice Chairman of ACG.
