Dennis M. Courtney, Chief Information Officer and Enterprise Services Manager, has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. In his role at SMConsulting, he is responsible for the strategic IT direction of the firm as well management of the Enterprise Solutions Practice and consulting projects underway on behalf of our customers. Mr. Courtney is also the founder of SMCycle, SM Consulting�s project management methodology.
Before joining SMConsulting, Mr. Courtney was Vice President and CIO of Dunlop Tire Corporation responsible for Logistics and Information Systems. He was the architect of MIS 2000, a business-driven systems revitalization effort, which includes Internet and ERP deployment, organizational restructuring and business process reengineering. Prior to joining Dunlop Tire, Mr. Courtney was a project manager and technical consultant for such companies as Coopers & Lybrand and the Delaware North Companies. Mr. Courtney has a Master�s Degree in Business Administration and a Master�s of Science Degree in Organization Development from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Courtney is widely published and spoken at conferences worldwide. |
