Mr. Hines is an IS professional who has over ten years of experience with companies ranging from multinational corporations to small, privately-held consulting firms. During this time, he has filled a variety of roles including IT management, systems administration, network design and implementation, and policy development. He has worked as a consultant for Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, assisting them with a large-scale network migration and with the administration of their local and wide-area networks. He also worked with Columbia HCA where he served as a security analyst, administering Columbia's security infrastructure and assisting with the development of the company's security policies.
