Mr. Hernreich joined the Company in September 2000 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since, he joined the Company, he has implemented a plan to dramatically reduce costs and make the Company a low cost operator. Prior to joining Designs, Mr. Hernreich was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pennsylvania Fashions, Inc., a 275 store retail outlet chain operating under the name Rue 21. Additionally, Mr. Hernreich was also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Loehmann's Inc., one of the largest off-price woman's apparel companies. Dennis is a CPA and a graduate from the University of Illinois where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. |
