Dennis Clare is Assured Guaranty Corp.'s Managing Director of Project and Operations Management. He joined Assured Guaranty in 2005 to develop and lead the implementation and management of the company�s compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. In addition, he is responsible for the management, control and implementation of specific projects within the company. Prior to joining Assured Guaranty, Mr. Clare was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ACE USA�s Consumer Solutions Group.
Mr. Clare has been involved in the operations and project management field for more than twenty years. He spent seven years working for IBM Insurance Consulting Services, where he provided technology and consulting services to many insurance companies worldwide. Prior to working at IBM, he worked for AIG where he was responsible for domestic brokerage regional operations.
Mr. Clare holds a B.S. from Iona College.
