Dr. Cobler is a retired optometrist from Muskegon, Michigan. He has been a member of the Muskegon Northside Lions since 1980. He served as Lions District Governor of District 11 C-1 in 1987-88, and as Lions International Director in 1998-2000. His career in Lionism is distinguished by earning several major Lions awards, such as the S.A. Dodge Distinguished Service Award, John S. Noel LMSF Benefactor Award, three International Presidential Awards and the Ambassador of Good Will from Lions Clubs International Award. |
